I am fond of doing exercises especially like badmintion. This week, I met my cousin Jack at my grandparent's home. He is a middle school student so he is much taller than me. He invited me to play badminton with him, and I was excited. Later, I found that we were not in the same level,and I quit. I didn't want to play with him anymore. After several minutes, My aunt asked my cousin to say sorry to me. He told her that I was too weak to play with him and that's not his fault. I was angry so I fought with him. I don't want to make friend with him anymore!
周记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，首行空两格。英语日记，由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。
在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。
例：6 月26日 星期五 晴 ............你也可以用有趣的语言来写天气，或用画图来表示。例：×月×日 星期× 滴答滴答下雨啦×月×日 星期× 太阳公公笑眯眯×月×日 星期×。
日记格式：在第一行中间写题目，第二行中间写明日期、星期、天气，第三行开始日记正文，注意分段写。
内容
日记可以写故事，日记也可以写心情，日记可以还写写今天侍消迹发生的事情、观察的东西、做的梦。日记，其实就老并是记录你一天的所见所感，再加以逻辑上和结构上的处理。
日记是一种供个人使用的、以日期为排列顺序的笔记。一开始的日记是生意的记录本，后来人们用日记来记录天气、事件一直到桥裂个人的心理感受、思想深处。日记可以是记录将要做的事情的，也可以记录已经发生的事情。
小学生周记格式如下：
1、标题——标题往往是“第多少周的周记”者咐，这个要先写清楚悉兆，不然都不知道是哪一周。
2、年首陆纯、月、日和星期——需要写年月日和星期，一般写在最右边。
3、天气状况——可以写上天气状况，不是非要写，并非主要要求的格式。
4、小标题——小标题第一个往往写完成事项，然后在下方写出具体的事项描述。
